What is the thesis of the speech?
What are the three most important words in the speech? Rank them.
What do you believe are the challenges of your generation?
The thesis of the speech is to never give up in school. If you give up on your school work then your dreams won’t be able to come true. If you do your homework, respect your teacher, ask questions, and try your hardest, you will be able to achieve your goals. By achieving your goals you can become whatever you wish to be.
ReplyDeleteThe three most important words in this speech are responsibility, education, and destiny.
1. Responsibility
2. Destiny
3. Education
Here are some challenges I believe our generation has to face. The first challenge is for the economy to come back up and people can start to work again. The second challenge is for me to graduate from medical school. Another challenge is for there to be a cure for muscular dystrophy, so humans of all ages can use their muscles to lift whatever they want to. The fifth challenge is for all people to be equal, so that everyone can live together. My last challenge is for there to be a cure for cancer. These are the challenges I believe for my generation.
1. The thesis of this speech is to take your full responsibility in school. To do whatever it takes to get good grades and fulfill your dreams in the future. The president is saying unless you show up to those schools, pay attention to those teachers, listen to your parents and grandparents and other adults and put in the hard work it takes to succeed, you will fulfill your dreams in the future. don’t be afraid to ask questions. No matter what you want to be in the future you need education to do it. So in conclusion, you have to always pay attention in school to help you succeed in the future.
ReplyDelete2. The three most important words are education, responsibility and your future. The reason I say education is because education is very important and helps you get past your goals, the reason responsibility is one of the most important words is because you have to take your own responsibility to finish your path to success, your future is your whole life, if you don’t focus on your future, it will be ruined and you will be disappointed in yourself.
3. I believe that our generation has to face a lot of challenges. Some challenges our generation have to face are going past our petty differences and learning to work in a spirit of non-partisan, non-nationalistic mutual benefits, global warming, diseases, over population, famine and hunger. I believe that these are some of the challenges that our generation are facing
1. The thesis of the president’s speech is about our education. We can believe and achieve our goals for our future .We need to listen to our teachers, stay in school, and listen to our parents, aunts, uncles and any other adult we trust. We children need education. Without education we will get no where in life. It will be hard to achieve our goals at first, but we achieve it together. We all should understand that it is ok to fail. You can’t let your failures define you. Let your failures teach you. Don’t be afraid of ask questions. To sum up, never give up and try hard. We shall succeed in our future goals and dreams.
ReplyDelete2. The three words that are most important in this speech are responsibility, opportunities, and dedication. I believe this because you have to take care of your home work, your computer, and your library books. It’s not our parent’s responsibility to remember where our textbooks are, our library books are, or where our USB is. SO in order for us to succeed we have to be responsible. Second, I think that the opportunity for us to have to going to free public schools, having a free education, and having great teachers to prepare us for the future doesn’t just pop up anywhere. Some people are dying to have in education like we have one. Third, if we dedicate our hearts and souls to our education we will be very successful.
3. We have a lot of future challenges. First, if we are very knowledgeable in math and science we can cure diseases like AIDS and cancer. We can protect our planet and find newer technology. Secondly, if we are very knowledgeable in History and Social Studies we can help stop poverty, homelessness, crime, and discrimination. We can also make our nation fair and free. We will need the creativity and ingenuity develop from all your classes to create new companies and new jobs. It will also boost our economy. We need everyone’s talent in order to succeed in our future problems.
1. The thesis of the speech is to encourage everyone to fulfill their education and the importance of education. Without an education you can’t get the career you always wanted. If we don’t learn science, then we can’t find the cure of diseases such as cancer. If we don’t learn social studies, then we won’t be able to read maps or the history of the world. This is why education is important.
ReplyDelete2. Three most important words in the speech are education, responsibility, and hard work.
#1.education
#2.responsibility
#3.hard work
3. I believe that there are many challenges of our generation. One of our many challenges is global warming. Global warming is polluting the earth and we need a way to stop it. Another challenge to our generation is poverty. There are many homeless and unemployed that are in need of money and shelter. Another challenge is diseases. There are many diseases that are still uncured for which many people are dying such as cancer, the swine flu, and many more. Racism is another challenge to our generation. There are many people who are still racist in this world and not treating others equally
1. What is the thesis of the speech?
ReplyDeleteThe thesis of the speech is to have responsibly and work hard in school. So you can achieve great goals in your life by studying and doing the best you can. Also to push yourself to the limit and work very hard by asking the teacher questions, doing your work and don’t spend your whole day playing video games. So you can achieve your very best and have a good education.
2. What are the three most important words in the speech? Rank them.
The three most important words in the speech are education, responsibility, and future. Education is the most important than comes your future and finally your responsibility.
3. What do you believe are the challenges of your generation?
The challenges to overcome in our generation are to keep trying in school and have responsibility for our actions and keep looking into the future. Is to not let yourself down and try your best in school because you don’t know if you’re going to grow up as the biggest success in America so keep trying your best. If you did try very hard you might find the cure for cancer of dieses stop pollution or become a hero to the world.
1) The thesis of the speech is to go to school everyday, so you can get a good education. What you’re doing at school right now affects your future. When school gets hard don’t give up. Study hard and never give up. If you give up, you will ruin the chances of getting the job of your dreams. You will regret ever giving up school. You might not regret it now, but you will someday. You can go tutoring if schools getting hard or you can ask your teacher and tell him/her you just don’t get something. Don’t tell him/her at the last minute. It will be too late.
ReplyDelete2) The three most important words of the speech are education, responsibility, and what happens in the future.
1)education
2)responsibility
3)future
3) I believe the challenges of my generation are to try to make our planet Earth a better place. Another challenge is to stop diseases from spreading so people all around the world won’t die from it. You should work hard in school to help cure our planet and people. Stay in school, help save the planet and make it a better place to live in.
1. What is the thesis of the speech?
ReplyDeleteYou have to be on track of your schoolwork and homework. You have to pay attention to your teachers, listen to your parents, grandparents, and other adults. Also try to your hardest to success. if you want to get a good job you have to get a good education. It doesn’t matter if you fail trying to success; the most successful people had the most failures trying to succeed. In other words try your best to succeed, pay attention in school to have a better education and a better future, and don’t be afraid to fail while trying to succeed.
2. What are the three most important words in the speech? #1 education
#2 responsibility
#3 hard work
3.What do you believe are the challenges of your generation?
I believe our generation faces a lot of challenges. Here are some challenges that I believe. One is to graduate medical school to be a successful kid doctor/nurse, because I want to help sick kids be better. Another challenge is to build homes for homeless people and help them, because I want to help them survive. My third challenge is find cures for diseases that could kill you. My last challenge is to help the world. I want to do this because if all the trees are gone: all lakes, rivers, oceans are gone we will all die. Those are all my challenges that I believe of my generations.
The thesis of this speech is to pursue your dreams. Through out the speech, President Obama talked about our future and our career. He talked about other people who had difficult lives, including him, but they found good jobsor are going to college . For example, the stories about Jazmin Perez, Andoni Shcultz, and Shantell Steve. The President talked about joining different clubs that can effect our future and careers. Finally, Mr. Obama said, the story of America is not about quitting when things got tough, It's about the people who kept going, who tried harder.
ReplyDeleteThe three most important words in the speech are:
1. Responsibilty- President Obama said, "...we can have the most dedicated teachers, the most supportive parents, the best schools in the world -- and none of it will make a difference, none of it will matter unless all of you fullfill your responsibilities...".
2. Contribution- In the last paragraphs, President Obama said, "...what's your contribution going to be?...". This is one thing we have to think about while we get higher in our education.
3. Education- We are the future of America, so we have to be more serious sbout our ducation, go to good colleges and choose excellent careers.
The challenges our generation face are very serious. Some of them are terrorism, climate change, global warming, and dropping out of schools. Others are poverty, gangs, violence, illegal weapons, and drugs. Our generation has to stop countries like Iran, North Korea, Russia, Cuba, etc, to stop making nuclear weapons and our generation has to try to make them our alllies. I belive these are the challenges our generation face.
The thesis of this speech is to get a good education. We need to be responsible by paying attention to school and listening to your elders. We must try our best to complete school to get a great education and get a good future. Obama is explaining that the need for everybody to get a great education is very big. Whoever drops out of school, is failing the country.
ReplyDeleteThe three most important words in the speech are responsibility, education, and commitment. We have to be responsible enough to have a great future. Education is the second most important word in the speech, because without education there won't even be a future. And finally, commitment, because we need to commit to have a good life.
Our generation also faces some extreme challenges. Along with global challenges like global warming and climate changes, we also have crime challenges, like gangsters, terrorism, and drugs. We are also trying to win the very challenging war against nuclear weapons made in countries like Iran, Cuba, etc. These are the challenges of our generation.
The thesis of this speech is to make sure you are doing your best in school. That you should always try to succeed in school, but if you fail don't get discouraged and try again. You might face some difficulties in your life and life might seem unfair at times, but never give up on your hopes and dreams. If you don't understand something go to a parent, grand
ReplyDeleteparent, teacher,or someone that you trust.Don't just sit there thinking that you don't need to study for a test or that you don't need good grades to get a good job.Well in fact you do need good grades to get a good job and if you drop out of school you will not have a bright future.
The three important words in this speech are
1.Education
2.Responsibility
3.Dedication
Those are the three important words because with out education you will not have a bright future.America depends on us to make sure we have a great education so that in the future we will help America shine even brighter. We have to have responsibility in our education. We have to make sure that we do all our homework, study for tests and make sure we have all our textbooks and library books where they are supposed to be.We have to put dedication in to everything we do.If we don't put dedication in our school work you wont get the results you want.
The challenges our generation faces today are global warming, war and terrorism, drugs, etc. We should all try to stop all of these things. We should study social studies, math, science, etc so we can figure out a way to stop all of this. The future for us will be bright if we study hard and stay in school.
The thesis of the speech is to study hard and never give up. You have to study and work hard to get the grades you want . Never be afraid of your teachers or parents and ask the questions when you have a problem with something they will have no problems helping you If you do not do good on a test don't be discouraged, all you need to do is study more next time. Some people could have problems and just not be good at school but if you give your work the best effort you have you will do good. Most jobs and colleges look for a good education and if you do not care about school or never show up that dream job or college will go out the window. We need education or your hopes and dreams will not come true.
ReplyDeleteI think the three most important words in this speech is responsibility, education and future. Without those three things your dreams will not come true. Responsibility is important because if you are responsible you will study and go to school everyday you can. Education is important to because without education you will not the career you wanted or a good future. Last but not least future you need a future to look forward to and to stay in school without one you will not know where to go next.
There are many challenges of this generation. First is the recession many people are losing there business or jobs and others are not making enough money to support there family. Also they can not afford there houses or food to feed there families. Another challenge is there are to many people getting cancer and serious illnesses and getting very sick and there is no cure for most of them. We need a cure for all theses sicknesses like cancer about 550,000 people a year in the United States alone. The last challenge I think is to stop world hunger. People with money should have canned food drives and donate money to make more soup kitchen and homes for the homeless it is very sad walking around and seeing all of the poor on the streets . Something should be done with all of these thing and it needs to stop NOW!!
1. My thesis of the speech was that it is very important to take responsibility. You have to take responsibility in order to work hard and succeed. You might not always be good on one subject but still work hard and try your best because there are many people that have the same problems but work hard and succeed. Don’t drop out of school or give up because the second you give up on school you give up on your country. If you drop out of school than how are you supposed to find a cure or publish a book without the knowledge of school work and classes.
ReplyDelete2. I think that the three most important words in the speech are responsibility, hope, and education.
1) Hope
2) Responsibility
3) Education
3. I believe that there are challenges in our generation. One problem is the economic crisis. The economic crisis is a problem because parents are loosing there jobs an without those jobs there kids might not get as good as an education or the parents can’t get the supplies needed for the child to have the right learning experience. Another problem is the war in Iraq. It is a problem because sooner or later the military will ask for taxes to support the war. With these taxes not only will there be no jobs for parents but the parents would have even less money to spend on their child’s education. I think that those are the problems of our generation.
The thesis of this speech is to encourage all the students of America to never give up on school and study very hard. We are the future of America and what is a future without knowledge. President Barack Obama doesn't want for all the students to waste their time watching t.v or playing the xbox. Everyone must have a goal in life and its very important to reach those goals. To reach those goals you need to take school very seriously.
ReplyDeleteThe three most important words in this speech are
hope,responsibility, and Destiny.
1.Responsibility
2.Destiny
3.Hope
I believe that the challenges of our generation are helping to get our country of our crisis because that is leading to many job losses and lots of cuts in our economy. Another challenge is to find vaccines for the dangerous flu's going around the country like the swine flu. We also need to stop polluting our world because that can lead to Global Warming. We need to work very hard in school to conquer these problems. If we study hard enough we can do anything.
1. Thesis of this speech is to encourage students to do well in school this year. The President Obama doesn’t want children to drop out of school. He doesn’t want children to have a bad attitude towards school, teachers, or to their parents. He tries to get the message out to children that if you drop out of school, you can’t drop into a good job. He is trying to inform children about their education, and what is expected of them this school year.
ReplyDelete2. 1) Education
2) School
3) Responsibility
These words are used throughout the speech fluently and strategically.
3. The biggest challenge of our generation is too many electronics and TV. There are too many young adults texting, twittering, and Instant Messaging. This takes away from homework time, and distracts them from school. Many children watch too much TV, and it affects them in school and at home. When children watch TV at home they seem to get “zoned out” from reality, and they don’t respond to their names. I believe children of our generation should spend less time with their electronics and TV, and be more focused on doing their work.
1. The thesis of this speech is to go to school everyday, do your work, and get a good education, and for us to understand the importance of education. President Obama explained how important it is for us to work hard. The harder you work in school, the more things you can achieve in your life. Don’t slack off by not studying or playing games instead of doing your homework. You have to push yourself by asking teachers questions and studying. You have to get a good education in order to help the world when you grow up. You can help everyone by getting an education and fulfilling your dreams.
ReplyDelete2. The three most important words in this speech are Education, Responsibility, and Destiny. Education is important because without it, you can’t get a good job or make your dreams a reality. You need an education in order to help the world. Responsibility is important because you need to do all of your homework and work hard. You are responsible for both of them. Destiny is important as well. Your destiny depends on how hard you work in school. If you work hard you can end up as a famous author or a doctor. If you don’t work hard, you may not even get a job.
3. Our generation faces many challenges. One of these is to make our economy better for people to stop being laid off from their jobs. Another one is the diseases that plague our world such as cancer, which we must find a cure for and soon. Pollution is one of the largest problems we face. Pollution can kill anyone at any time, and it must be stopped. Violence, gangs, and murder may be the most important thing for our generation to stop. It may be impossible, but it is vital that we try to bring crime rate down. These are large problems our generation must face.
What is the thesis of the speech? I suppose in a nutshell, Obama is trying to say that school is important, that we the kids, should try to take it seriously, and that it’s up to us to do well. Our parents can pay money, a lot of money for the best private schools, and expensive supplies, but what does it matter if we don’t try our very best? Obama is trying to say that it is up to us to never give up.
ReplyDeleteThe three most important words in the speech? “Responsibility” definitely goes first. Obama wants us to be responsible when it comes to school. Next would come “education,” because this is what we go to school for, the knowledge that will carry us for life. Finally, “quitting”, because if we give up on school, that’s what we’re doing, quitting. No matter how tedious school can be, we must not quit.
I believe some of the challenges of my generation include global warming and computers. Global warming is obvious, because as we get older it will get worse and my generation will have to find ways of dealing with that. I say computers because as we get older they will only get more complex, and if we want to succeed we need to keep up. Also, computers, as they improve will take over more human jobs, such as conductors on trains. We will have to find a way to create new jobs, otherwise a lot of people are going to be unemployed. These are some of the challenges my generation will have to face.
1 The thesis of the speech is to send a message to us the future of our country to take responsibility for your actions and encourage us to do well in school. Education is the key to a bright future and to do that you have to be a responsible student by doing your homeworks every day, come to school prepared, stay in school, pay attention to your teachers. Listen to your parents, teachers, and other adults and never ever give up on education! Our president explained to us the importance of education, what education can do for your life and your career. Education can get you a good high school, college, and a great job that you want. So, lets believe in a peace and wonderful future, lets get educated!
ReplyDelete2 The three important words are the followings
a) Education
b) Dream
c) Achieve
First you have to be educated and then dream what you want to do in the future and last achieve. With out education you can not achieve what you want.
3 There are many, many challenges ahead of us and we have to con core them together! One of the challenge is technology, now technology is doing lots of work for us, we just sit all day and watch TV and play games , thats why most American kids are over weight. Kids needs to go and have fun outside! Next challenge is our government, our government holds our country together, if our government is down the whole country will suffer! Another challenge is to not become a racist, and sexist. If we get racism and sexism in to our mind it will destroy our loyalty to our country and trust to each others. We must work together as friends, family, and country to succeed and achieve our goals for the future!
The thesis of this of Obama speech is that us the children should not give up on school. If we give up on school we have no chance to become what we really want to be when we become adults. We should complete all of our homework, reports and projects when giving. Everyday instead of picking up the remote or game control we can be D.E.A.R (Drop Everything and Read). We should try our hardest not give our least effort.
ReplyDeleteThe three most important words in this speech would probably be
1. Responsibility
2. Education
3. Dedication
Responsibility is definitely number one because if you come to school without your homework with a dumb excuse, decide you not going to do your report or project because it is too hard, that shows that you’re not being responsible and you are not showing your teacher that you are showing your best effort and your grade will drop. Education is what Obama’s speech is all about. Without it you cannot come close to be what you want to be. So taking a shortcut out will lead to a life of stress. The last word that is important in this speech is “dedication”. Without it you will not get through school because you need dedication to do your homework, to do great on a test or to do your every best on a writing assignment.
The biggest challenges of my generation would probably be for America to have fewer dropouts and more college graduates. Another challenge of my generation would be to find a cure for all the diseases that are killing great amount of people or making their lives very difficult. The last challenge of our generation would be is to stop all the wars that are going on. This war is killing brave soldiers and is useless, why we can’t just have peace.
1. The thesis of the speech was that children need to try harder and stay in school so they can contribute to their country and make others and themselves proud. You need to listen to adults because they often know things that you don’t. In addition, students should take responsibility for their actions and education and if you do, you can do amazing things like cure a major disease or illness like cancer and AIDS.
ReplyDelete2. I think that the three most important words in the speech are contribution, future, and responsibility. Responsibility is first, contribution being second and future being third.
3. I believe that there are many challenges of my generation. This includes getting good grades, staying in school, going to college, making sure I understand everything my teachers say, completing all my assignments and projects, staying away from people and things that do wrong things, and most important, take responsibility for my education and make myself and others proud. There are also challenges outside of school like cutting down on the pollution, finding an alternative power source, and finding a cure for mass killing disease.
1.What is the thesis of the speech?
ReplyDeleteThe thesis of the speech is that kids should stay in school. He is pointing out that if you want to become a doctor, lawyer, etc, you need to focus on your education. He said that instead of watching t.v. and playing video games, kids should be reading books and doing homework. He said that it is important to stay focused on school work, because thats the only way to achieve.
2.What are the three most important words in the speech? Rank them.
The first important word is responsibility, kids should be responsibile about their school work. the next important word was education, this word was important because without kids wont succeed without their education. The last importany word was future becuase what will happen in the future will be based on how you did in school.
3.What do you believe are the challenges of your generation?
I belive the challenges of our generation is succeeding in school, to finish school, and care for school as much as you care for other things. Im saying that becuase school tells your future. It depends what you want to be when you grow up. Also the challenges is to take care of our country. But the most important thing is to believe in yourself.
1. Good education is very important because it helps us to create a better future for ourselves and for America. With education, you can get a respective job like a doctor, or a lawyer and in return you can help to improve our community by helping others. Education gives us a chance to help our country and so you shouldn’t give up on yourself and quit school.
ReplyDelete2. The three most important words in the speech are;
1. Education
2. Responsibility
3. Future
3. In our generation, we have many entertainments like Facebook, Aim, and YouTube that distract students from doing their best in school. It’s a challenge for all of us to use most of our free time doing extra studying than go on the internet and waste our time socializing.
This speech I have just listened to tells me that school is very important and that you have to work hard to succeed in school. I mean if you take the time to start and finish your reports, assignments, or just homework it will help you move on to bigger and better things. As President Obama said in his speech, “We have a responsibility to our self to find the thing we’re good at.” I think this absolutely correct because if we don’t care, no one will. It’s up to us to map out our own future, not our parents, our teachers or our friends, its 100% me, its 100% you.
ReplyDeleteThere are 3 main words President Obama said in this speech. One of them being “education.” Education is exactly the word you would be looking for because the whole speech was all about the future being in our hands. But speaking of the future, the next most important word would be “future.” Future is a main word because this is the rest of our lives we are thinking about and what we do now shapes our future for the better or for the worst. If we have a good education our future will most likely take a sharp turn from where ever its going and go straight up the road to a brighter tomorrow. The third main word is “responsibility.” Responsibility is also important because you have to take responsibility for your actions or you’ll never now what to learn from. Theses are why education, future, and responsibility are so important.
Our generation has a lot to face when it comes to challenges. The economy is not so good so it’s up to us to do something about it and not just sit around and do nothing. Another challenge would be diseases. Now there is swine flu coming around, a brand new flu discovered last year. Also, I think a challenge for our generation would have to be obesity. Everyone stays inside rather than go out and get some fresh air. More and more X-box games are coming out so kids are playing X-box, watching TV, staying glued to the computer screen and nothing good is coming from it. I think these are the some of the most enormous challenges that we must definitely overcome.
1. The thesis of this speech is to stay in school and get good grades so you can get a good career. Obama talks about how his father left when he was two, but that didn’t stop him from finishing school and becoming our president. He says giving up on your education is like giving up on yourself and your country. If you work hard and do all you can do, you’ll never fail. If you pay attention, put in hard work, and listen to what your teachers are actually telling you, you can become whatever you want. Obama said that we don’t just come in one day and become the star athlete. I mean he didn’t walk in to the white house, say “I would like to be president.” And with the snap of G.W. Bush’s fingers become our president just like that. He had to work for it. And he worked hard. That’s why we should stay in school for ourselves.
ReplyDelete2. (1) Education
(2) Future
(3). Responsibility
3. There are many challenges for my generation one is the climate issues. It’s a problem because if we keep it up then there might not be a class of ’16. The ice caps are melting, and the need for gasoline is soaring. The summers are hotter and the winters colder. The oil is depleting and yet everyone won’t be more efficient. Some of us still drive Hummers. Another challenge is for us in the future is to get the economy back. People are losing jobs and some people drop out because they don’t have enough money for it or they need to find a job. If we don’t finish school then we won’t have a good job. Maybe you’ll get lucky, but the majority of us won’t. Some of us will be stuck at the McDonalds’ drive thru saying “would you like me to super size that for you ma’am?” for the rest of our lives. Speaking for myself that doesn’t look like the best thing in the world. Those are some of the challenges for our generation.
1. The thesis of this speech is about our responsibility in our school work. We need to do well. He doesn’t want us to drop out of school. He wants us to succeed and be successful in life. He wants us to get the education wee need to get into good schools get good jobs and earn money so you can raise a family. To finish off the thesis is that he is encouraging us to do well in school.
ReplyDelete2. The three most important words in this speech are education, future, and responsibility.
1. future
2. education
3. responsibility
3. I believe that there are many challenges of our generation. One of our challenges is global warming. Global warming is destroying the earth and we need a way to stop it. Another challenge is diseases. There are many diseases that are still uncured for. Many people are dying from diseases like as cancer, swine flu, and others. Racism is another challenge to our generation. I personally think that racism is the most horrible thing ever because it doesn’t matter what religion you are or what skin color you are we are all the same.
1. The thesis of the speech is to improve our education. We have to try hard and show effort even in difficult times. If we study hard and don't don't give up we can achieve even the most difficult goals. If you fail at something you should continue to keep trying, the president says you can learn from your mistakes and failures. If we continue to study, take responsibility, and listen to our teachers and parents we can find cures for diseases and create new technology. If we continue to go to school we can achieve even the most difficult goals.
ReplyDelete2.I think the three most important words in the speech are responsibility, education, and opportunities. I think the most important word is responsibility because if we are responsible for our actions and take responsibility on our work we can do well in school. But as the president said,we can have the most dedicated teachers, the most supportive parents, the best schools in the world -- and none of it will make a difference, none of it will matter unless all of you fullfill your responsibilities". I think the second most important word is education because education will help us get jobs. The last word I think is important is opportunities because we have the opportunity to go to school and learn, but many other children don't have a chance to go to school.
3. I think the most difficult challenges in our generation are poverty, the economy, and crime. I think a difficult challenge is poverty because many people don't have homes and don't get to eat or sleep on beds. It is also economy because many people are losing jobs and money so they can't pay for school or college. Crime is also difficult challenge because students are going through peer pressure and cutting school, stealing, joining gangs and getting into fights.

ReplyDeleteMr. Noel thinks that the electronics are distracting kids from there school work. There are many electronics such as televisions, computers and cell phones. Now since people created twitter, AIM, face book and my space all the kids do is sit at the computer or on there phone all day. All these things take away from children homework time or studying time. When they are at home doing all this noneducational stuff they get as Mr. Noel said ”zoned out”. My question to him is “ What advice would you give other children to focus more on there school work and not on there computers” ?
ReplyDeleteThe thesis of this speech is to get students to think. Think about what they want for themselves and for the future of America. They are the future of the United States. We need to get more people to great better grades. We need more people to invent new things, write new books design new computers and etc. It's not just the good of America theres also good for themselves. They get high grades, their parents get happy the parents buy whatever the child wants and we all get happy.
ReplyDeleteThe three important words to desribe this speech are:
1. responsbility
2. education
3. future
I believe that the challenges for our generation is education, and responsibility
without responsiliity you will not have a good education. You wont know if the kid will study for the next math test. The kid saids yes but doesnt mean he will, tats wat lying means. Education is such an important thing nowadays. You at least need a high school diploma for a job. But look at it this way: you apply for a job u have only a high school diploma but every one else near you has a college degrees and PH.Ds what are the chances you are going to beat them?
